With over 15 years of strategy and innovation consulting experience, Krzysztof has assisted countless companies across Europe and beyond.
Having worked on projects covering business strategy, business model design, value proposition design, product and service design, innovation acceleration and customer experience, Krzysztof has a proven record of supporting clients in delivering on their ambitious objectives. His expertise includes but is not limited to financial services, transportation, city as a service, education and medical devices. Krzysztof has been a conference speaker in the areas of financial services and aviation. He is also passionate about leveraging sustainable transformation as a growth engine. With an initial educational background in social sciences and mathematics, Krzysztof is an INSEAD MBA graduate and since 2016 has been on the board of the INSEAD Alumni Association Poland.
Andrzej
Nagalski
Business designer
Since joining KBA in 2016, Andrzej has supported clients on projects covering business strategy, innovation, product and service design and customer experience.
He has worked for a range of sectors: financial services, healthcare, biotech, education, furniture and others. A PhD qualified professional who is not afraid of conducting primary research, digging deep into the data to find the right problem and of collaboratively building on the findings, e.g. through facilitating workshops. His neuroscientific background helps him understand why customers behave the way that they do and how we can change their motivation, habits or behaviour. In his spare time, Andrzej continues contributing to basic neuroscience research at the Centre of New Technologies.
Jagoda
Podrucka
Junior strategic designer
Having majored in Urban Design, Jagoda has an in-depth understanding of theory of perception and of relationship between people and their surroundings.
As a designer at heart, her expertise covers areas of graphic design, customer experience, prototyping for physical and digital products. Since joining KBA in 2020, she has worked on matters related to city as a service, transportation, sustainability, education, customizable furniture, AI, legal tech, strategy and value proposition design. In her spare time, she contributes to an educational and research project in material innovation. Jagoda is a Heriot-Watt graduate with a degree in Town Planning and Property Development.
Karolina Ufa
Team developer
Karolina has experience of working as a trainer, facilitator and project officer.
She assists KBA through sourcing collaborators, tenders and coordination of research tasks. She has completed a master's degree in Gender studies at the Linköping University. And in parallel to working with KBA, Karolina has been supporting a civic association in Slovakia dedicated to the development of the LGBT community.
Anna

Office assistant
Anna provides invaluable administrative support to all of KBA’s projects.
She is studying painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw and is passionate about the history of arts. Anna is an active volunteer for various informal art-related initiatives and events. Anna is full of initiative and her resourcefulness makes her an asset to the team.
